REDHILL Football Club are sitting pretty at the top of the Sussex County League Division One table after a 5-1 win at home to Arundel.
Gavin Gordon netted a hat-trick at Kiln Brow for the Lobsters, who moved back above Peacehaven & Telscombe after they drew 3-3 with title rivals East Preston.
Both sides do, however, still have games in hand on Redhill.
Chris Gregson and Bradley Duke added the other goals in the second half for Redhill, who had to come from a goal down to win the game.
In the same division, Dorking Wanderers thrashed bottom side Worthing United 7-0, while Lingfield scored two late goals to come from behind to beat Crowborough Athletic 3-2.
Lingfield and Redhill will now lock horns on Monday, while Wanderers face a reunion of sorts with former Dorking manager Pete Buckland and his Horsham YMCA side.
Elsewhere, Merstham won the Surrey derby against Chipstead in the Ryman League Division One South, with Lee Newman netting the only goal of the game three minutes from time at High Road.
The result moves the Moatsiders up one place to 12th ahead of their clash with Tooting & Mitcham on Monday.
Meanwhile, Leatherhead boosted their chances of making the play-offs with a 3-1 win at Walton & Hersham, lifting the Tanners to within one point of the top five with games in hand.
In the Combined Counties League Premier Division, Dorking boosted their chances of survival with an important 1-0 win at Camberley Town, with Reece Jackson heading the only goal of the game.
The Chicks now prepare to face league leaders Egham Town at Meadowbank on Monday.
South Park were also winners in the Combined Counties League Premier Division, winning 3-2 at home to Colliers Wood United.
The result was the perfect preparation for Park for Monday's short trip to face local rivals Horley Town, who drew 1-1 at Molesey this afternoon.
In the Kent Premier League, Whyteleafe ran out 5-1 winners against Rochester United today.
Leafe entertain Erith Town on Monday.
